Róisín de Buitléar is awarded a major commission for Blackrock College, Dublin
Wednesday, March 24th, 2010This work has been commissioned to celebrate 150 years of education at Blackrock College and is funded by the alumni of the college. She follows a long history of exceptional glass artists who have been commissioned by the college including Harry Clarke and Evie Hone. Currently at the initial design stage, this installation of cast and flat glass will encompass the vision of St Paul’s teaching and the mission of Blackrock College for their pupils in 2010. The work will be installed by April 2010.
